Self-forgiveness is for-giving yourself love, compassion, and understanding. It’s often easier to extend forgiveness to others than to ourselves. However, both are essential to inner freedom.
Every single time you berate, belittle, criticize, judge, and blame yourself for your past or present circumstances you are creating misery, negativity, and reinforcing addictive habit patterns.
With a clear, simple Self-Forgiveness practice you’ll notice yourself feeling freer, neutral and more loving with yourself (and those you’ve chosen to forgive) over the course of time.
My intention is to lovingly support and guide participants on Zoom with this experiential, dynamic workshop and create a safe, sacred space for exploration, healing, clearing and, upliftment. We will have breakout groups with trios for deeper healing with self-inquiry questions, practical exercises, handouts, and music. This program will also support New Dharma financially with a portion of the proceeds.
Take this workshop if you want to:
- Heal a wounded self-image tarnished by the effects of judgment.
- Open your heart and deepen in Self-compassion, empowerment, and love.
- Overcome negative relationship patterns and create empowering harmonious connections that foster loving positive regard and acceptance.
- Develop a greater sense of Self-awareness and empathy to nurture the relationship with yourself and others.
Representatives of New Dharma may at any time photograph, record and/or videotape satsangs, intensives, retreats, individual or small group meetings or other activities.
