Consciousness is not bound by time and space. Therefore we, for example, can experience transmission in online programs or feel our connection with the teacher when we are not in the same room. But we are embodied Beings in this dimension, time and space has relevance and our body is the vehicle through which we travel this journey.
In Chapter 13 of the Bhagavad Gita Arjuna asks Krishna, “O Krishna, please explain to me the difference between matter and spirit, the field and the knower of the field and also about knowledge and the knower.”
Krishna responds, “Arjuna, those who know the truth of both say this body is the field and one who knows its truth is called the knower of the field.” (verse 490) and “In all the fields I am the Knower. Knowledge about the field and its knower is true knowledge; this is My opinion.” (Verse 491)
Krishna is revealing to Arjuna this that he calls True Knowledge, is not only awareness of the knower, but it is also about knowing the body – which here is referred to as the field. Our body is where all the past impressions of our karmic life is stored, mostly hidden from us – some more deep than others, and these create the veil that keeps us from fully experiencing the Truth of what we are.
When someone has traveled sufficiently on this path, his or her body becomes a vibratory expression of that embodied divine quality. We become more and more capable of not only experiencing this new consciousness but of manifesting it. When we gather with others with this same alignment it creates an atmosphere that empowers all who participate. Our body becomes a field of exploration and discovery. Opening us to the eternal reality within.
This opens us to universal forces that prepare your body to be the vessel of these forces that accelerates our spiritual evolution. It is this process that increases our capacity to meet the structures that still bind us, making room for the expansion and establishment of our inner Divine nature.
This is what is possible in the atmosphere of New Dharma’s Satya Dharma Center in Washoe Valley.
If you are interested in hearing about other participants’ experiences of staying at the Satya Dharma Center in Washoe Valley, please schedule a free intro call.
Washoe Valley is a rural community, located at 5,200 feet elevation and just 20 miles south of Reno, Nevada USA. It is a small valley nestled between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the high desert. The silence and natural raw beauty of the place has a tangible quality. Sat Shree’s spiritual awakening occurred there in 1998. It has been his and Satyamayi’s home ever since. It is now the home of New Dharma Satya Dharma Center.
The Satya Dharma Center consists of four separate houses and the new Satya Mandir temple. The Satya Mandir is the SDC community’s meditation facility, where Sat Shree conducts his programs, and the community gathers for meditations and other group programs.
Staying in the Satya Dharma Community opens your system to the force and presence of Sat Shree even when he is not there. There is a deep silence and a tangible quality of presence that is unmistakable and grows more deeply the longer we stay in this field of energy. This embodied Truth Consciousness deepens our capacity to open to the universal forces that will come when our system is ready to receive them. It is felt in your body as real and alive. Many have been able to bring this back into their day-to-day life when they return after an extended silent retreat there.
We invite you to take advantage of the opportunity of immersing yourself in the consciousness of the Satya Dharma Center. To make time outside of the context of your day-to-day, habits and personality and create space for something completely new. For the most natural thing in this creation, the great mystery and the one fulfillment.
If this is true for you, it is up to you to discover. This is the invitation.
The Winter Program at the Satya Dharma Center for Truth Consciousness provides the space and structure for individual personal retreat, while also allowing you to follow the India program with Sat Shree remotely, in the company of other committed seekers staying at the center.
The program will include:
- Daily meditations, and group gatherings (small groups, inquiry or study groups)
- Remote group participation in Sat Shree’s India Satsang, World Awakening Meditations, Intensives and the Sat Weekend*
- The opportunity to meet exclusively as a group from SDC remotely with Sat Shree
- Opportunity for personal retreat as you feel called–for example, silence, meditation, self-inquiry, study of the Bhagavad Gita and The Mother Book, high desert hiking in Washoe Valley
* Group viewings of replays will be offered for programs occurring during the night due to the time difference with India
