New Dharma Coaching

Eva Areskog

I have been curious about the human potential for as long as I can remember. Knowing from childhood that what we are is so much more than what we think we are. This was the fuel for getting a degree in psychology at university. Also looking for ways to be happy, to not having to experience the self criticism, judgments and pain that was part of my everyday experience,

The intention to know, live, manifest truth has led me to several teachers and practices the last 30 years. I am grateful to them all. During this time, I have worked as a healer, coach and workshop leader. I have had a center for silent retreats. For six years I was a trainer in Balanced View and Candice O´Denver was my teacher. I have completed the Zen Coaching Training that again brought the body into focus.

One of the things that attracted me to Sat Shree was and is his focus on being present with physical sensations rather than transcending the human experience. I appreciate that he has travelled the journey and can relate to and share his wisdom regarding every issue that comes up in us students. I trust him and feel the difference in my life it has made to be close to him and the SAT energy. I have taken part in the 6 week retreat with him in India twice and found that profoundly transformative.

I am so grateful for having met Sat Shree and for having his support and guidance in staying present with what is regardless of how it is described or felt. To continue to come back to the body and question the mind and its limiting programming. It has not always been an easy journey since I met Sat Shree, but I notice that I am more stable and more capable of staying with what arises and that I am more authentic as time goes on.
